Join Our Team – R&D Scientist (Molecular Biology & Microbiology)
Your Role
As an R&D Scientist, you will play a key role in developing novel molecular biology tests for microorganism detection and quantification. You will also contribute to broader R&D initiatives within the field of molecular biology. Your main responsibilities include:
• Designing and conducting laboratory experiments.
• Analyzing and interpreting experimental results.
• Proposing and implementing innovative research strategies.
• Writing scientific reports to document findings and progress.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss research directions and project developments.
Your Profile
• Master’s or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Microbiology and Molecular Biology.
• Passionate about scientific innovation and problem-solving.
• Creative, autonomous, and analytical mindset.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English or French.
