Do you carry out analyses for humans?
No, only for animals and the agriculture/food industry.
Do you close for holidays?
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, legal national holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
When are you open?
From Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm CET. Outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
You can cancel your order if we have not yet received your samples. Once we have received your samples, analyses begin immediately. It is therefore no longer possible to cancel the order.
I want to add an additional analysis, how do I do this?
Use our e-shop to add to your request or send us an email (email@example.com) with your request and we will send you a link for online payment.
How long do you keep samples for?
We keep samples and the DNA extract for at least one month.
How do I pay for my order?
When ordering from the e-shop, you can pay online using the following secure methods: PayPal, credit card, Bancontact, Maestro and banking apps. Cheques are not accepted.
I have a discount voucher/promo code, where do I enter it?
There is a clearly identified box for this on the order form and the e-shop. If you need any help, please call us on +32 (0) 81 61 69 01.
How do you send analysis results?
Analysis results are sent by email.
Who are the results sent to?
Results are sent to the owner listed on the form (except in specific cases). Results can also be sent to the veterinarian if this is clearly indicated on the order form.
Can I receive a paper copy of the results?
We send results by email. If you want a paper copy, please ask. This costs 10€ ex VAT (12.10€ with VAT).
